And we talked at some length about photometric stereo, which was a method that gets us the result. But it's kind of unnatural in that it requires multiple exposures. And we're about to transition into shape from shading, which is a method for doing this with a single image. And we've already talked about a few different types of surface materials and their reflecting properties. In particular, we talked about the Lambertian surfaces, and we started to talk a little bit about Hapke, which is a model for the reflection from rocky planets.
