BILL: We have a very exciting group of people to talk to you this morning. And the way we structured this, as Steve said, is I'm going to give each person about 15 or 20 minutes to make their presentation. And we're going to reserve about 20 minutes at the end for questions, so I'll ask that you hold your questions until we finish. But we will then be up here as a panel to answer the questions. And the way we've got it structured is that-- I'm going to start off and I'm going to talk about a few things that we're doing at the University of Arkansas, and some of the holes that we see that are out there that need to be filled.
